We were engaged to renovate all three Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges at the Vancouver Airport ahead of the 2010 Winter Olympics along with a complete renovation of the Los Angeles lounge. New materials and lightning were introduced and all elements of the lounge were refreshed. Passenger feedback after the renovation confirmed that the modifications have greatly improved the customer experience.
